Hi Dolphin Families!

It's been a busy start to the swim season! Below are some important reminders:

• Next Home Meet is tomorrow and it's going to be HOT! Please make sure your swimmer is ready for warm ups by 5:40pm. Encourage them to drink plenty of fluids and have a water bottle with them at the meet. 
  • As a reminder, parents are NOT allowed on the pool deck unless you are registered to work. 
• Orders from the spirit wear store are now expected to be delivered Friday afternoon so we should have them ready for distribution Monday morning at practice. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience! 
• All meets are now open for swimmer attendance declaration (jobs will be 7/1). Please declare your swimmer's attendance whether they are attending or not.
• Next week is Spirit Week. Please check out the calendar on Swimtopia for the list of activities
  • Parents are welcome to take individual swimmer pictures in front of a swim back drop during spirit week
  • A team picture will occur at 5:30pm SHARP on 6/18. This is immediately before the Tuesday Home meet.
• Scoring & Placement
  • Please check out the Swimtopia website with updated information on how scoring and placement works. This information can be found under the "Meets & Events - Swim Meet 101" drop down
• Times, Placement & Points for Past Meets
  • We have now updated Swimtopia with results from all meets to date and will keep this updated going forward
  • You can view your swimmer's times, placement and points by logging into the app and selecting "Past Events"
  • Select the meet you're interested in and it should bring up your swimmer's info. You can also select the event (bottom of the app) to see all times associated with a specific event. 
  • We hope this helps you and your swimmers track their progress throughout the season
• Upgrades
  • The Swim Board is working on a few upgrades of equipment, signs, etc. to improve our meet and swimmer experiences. More to come soon! 
• Lost & Found
  • Please make sure you check the bullpen areas after meets. 
  • Check with a Coach or Board member for lost and found items
